Clean, spacious and very well maintained. Comfortable bed, pillows and even the sofa bed is easy to set up and comfy to sleep on it. The owner is very thoughtful, easy to communicate and you’ll have everything you need in the house. Conveniently located with many eateries and supermarkets nearby. Definitely will stay here again when I’m visiting Almaty! Thank you Aliya for making this place a top notch apartment for our trip!

The host was really warm..we reached the apartment at 2 in the night..she still met us..explained us everything...there was everything that one needs in the apartment...she provided extra toiletries, blankets etc and there was ample of utensils for one to cook...all in all a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

We love our stay at the apartment.. It is centrally located, with some great restaurants and supermarkets close by. Aliya, our host, was very helpful and available all the time on whatsapp… The apartment was super clean, beautiful and convenient.. Will definitely stay here again 😊

I had an incredible stay in this apartment! It was peaceful and silent, exactly what I needed after a long-haul flight in order to relax and accustom. I liked the mountain view from the large window and the comfy bed. I didn´t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. A highlight was the splendid hot shower in the bathroom. Also, I very much appreciated that the owner waited for me patiently (I had a delayed flight) way after midnight to welcome me and hand over the keys - thank you so much!

Cozy and comfortable flat in the city center. There is a restricted access to the building from the street which makes it safe and quiet. Spaciuos and convinent bathroom. Frendly host Aliya met us in the flat and showed everything. Check out time was extended for 1 hour without extra fee.
