The place location is simply convenient. The breakfast was good and with a lot of choices to choose from. The staff assisted in so many things, from giving directions and navigations, to booking a taxi to come or go back to and from the resort. They even let me store my luggage even after I have checked out so I could go snowboarding.

The location is superb, free breakfast, sauna after a good ski is so relaxing. Food is inexpensive and plenty of choice. The view from the restaurant is spectacular.

The staff assisted as much as they could, albeit language was a barrier, Google translate was of great assistance. The room was very neat, the beds relatively large as per hostel standards. The overall Resort was a wonderful experience.

Although our room lacks a balcony, it directly faces the awe-inspiring ski mountain from the fourth floor, especially on snowy days like the second day of our stay. The buffet breakfast remains the same every day but is decent enough. The sauna, which overlooks the snow-covered mountain, and the pool are definite highlights. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Additionally, you can take an electric taxi downhill for just 4000 tenge, slightly cheaper than the cable car for two people.

Stunning scenery around, lots of activities available both during winter and summer. Lots of dining options near Easy to get from Almaty Very helpful staff

Old style mountain resort with well kept facilities and nice rooms with view. The highlight is for sure the wellness with sauna and swimming pool. Definitely needed after a day in the mountains. The restaurant was also ok!
