Susan “Gorgeous glamping in a beautiful resort”
The tents were fabulous. Comfortable beds and seating. All the little extras were great like, blankets and robes. The staff were outstandingly helpful and everyone went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Tamara helped us with cableway tickets and provided helpful dining suggestions. The breakfast was amazing, so much food and super tasty. Facilities for kids were great and I can see this place being very popular for families.

The location was excellent and the very modern tents surrounded by nature, trees and mountains were awesome.. The stream of fresh water almost at the door step was so exciting.. Tamara, our host was extremely helpful in helping us settle down. She also got us the tickets to the cable car and ski-resort trip at a discount and explained the route. The tents were cozy, comfortable with all possible amenities.. all around the property was kept clean and welcoming. The morning breakfast was quite nice and the restaurant is beautiful. Overall a fantastic experience.

The Glamping-style of stay is new for us. The room is super cute with all needed stuffs. Room was clean and very warm with heater. Staff was really responsive and gave us good recommendation and suggestions. The actual facility was exactly the same as pictures in booking.com. The English breakfast was huge portion and taste so good. The facility is 2 minutes-walk to the cable car station which we got 2 complimentary tickets to go to Shymbulak.
