The Rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very Helpful. Mr. Sabit the receptionist was very helpful and cooperative and got us a booking of snowmobile as well. Very respectful and greeting every time we met him. I would definitely stay with them again.

Good location, there are many food stores and cafes in the area. Walking distance to two central parks of Almaty. The rooms are big and clean, and all required amenities are provided. Fits families of 2+2. The staff is very friendly, arranged a late check out for us for free 😉

This is a very good hotel apartment for family. Close to hypermarket (MAGNUM) and many establishment. Staff are helpful and english speaking. Polite and easy to deal with. Near to the center. BREAKFAST AT 7am

Rooms with excellent and lavish. Staff were helpful. 2 small pools with sauna , steam bath and gym. Central location with many shops and magnum supermarket in the opposite building.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful especially Esei, Arai, Sabit & Alibek. They really go out of the way to help us make our stay here as comfortable as can be. Would stay here again if we are in Almaty.

Location is nice, rooms are good for families, and fir the value. Staff is very nice helpfully, breakfast and overall food and service was good.
