The view is spectacular, the room is spacious for 2 persons, a sauna in the bathroom which is a very nice addition, breakfast included, shuttle from the hotel downhill (free hours available, otherwise 500 KZT per person), nice restaurant nearby, bathrobes and slippers provided (and other amenities), a big comfortable bed, a mini-bar included in the price.

We spent our Christmas Day in Qazaq Auyl, the breakfast was good and they served on time. The location is great, our cabins is situated on top and had a 180 degrees view of the surrounding mountains and trees covered with snow. The cuisines they serves at the restaurant was good and delicious.

I went to Qazaq Auyl during the winter on end of Dec. The hotel staff was very helpful and let us to drop our bag first before checking in. The provide shuttle service to the cable car. The view here is absolutely stunning. You can only know by experience it. Highly recommended

The cottages were very aesthetically made with all the required amenities in the room. Was a very cosy stay with the best view of the mountains. Perfect for some relaxing time with your loved ones.

Everything is perfect Just need small microwave And you need to take your snacks with you from interfood shop or any other shops because their restaurant are limited and not recommended Thank you for everything It was great vacation
