The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The laundry was swift and good. Very spacious room, very clean. Great mattress.

The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. They speak English and French well. We were able to check in at 5:30am as requested. The hotel’s location means you can visit Almaty on foot and the metro is very close. A hotel I would recommend if you want to stay in Almaty.

Location is nice and away from the hustle bustle. Breakfast was okay...not much choice for vegetarians. I must add the tea was not as warm as it should be....for all four days that we were there.... it just requires a bit of an attention thats all. The room that we were in the Aircon was an issue cooling was not effective... however the other room where our other friend was staying cooling was perfect.

I really liked the location of the hotel. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as well as a metro station. The wifi is super fast and pretty reliable. The beds are really comfortable, and the room is really modern. The smaller size of the hotel makes it more boutique and quiet. The lobby is gorgeous and great to hang out when you're waiting for people, or arriving back after a day out.

Location is amazing. Right in the new center, with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Having said that, the room was quite. Staff is great. Breakfast is very good, with nice choice of different dishes. Room was quite big and comfy. Very good wifi all around the property. Very smooth check in and out.

I like the variety of the breakfast with many fruits and nuts available and some good healthy breads. The bed was comfortable and the location is nice, near a subway station with many restaurants, coffee shops and park around..
