Opera apartments is conveniently located in the heart of the old center with wonderful restaurants, cafes and main historical attractions in the walking distance. It’s a quiet street, which gives a safe and comforting stay. The apartments are well furnished and have everything one needs for comfortable living. I have stayed here many times and it’s my ‘hidden gem’ place to stay.

Perfect location, helpful staff and nice business owner. There is no breakfast included here, since it is an apartment without a restaurant or cafeteria so it's understandable.

This is our second year in a row staying at the same apartment, as a family of four with two kids. Both the accommodation and quality of service are consistently great, location of Almaty’s “golden square” is hard to beat and the price is perfectly adequate. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean, well located (close to a metro station and buses), super quiet, all the amenities were there and functional.
