Perfect property for family trips to Almaty. On road property. Nice kitchen facilities, 24x7 grocery just downstairs. 24x7 hot water supply. Currency exchange 3 mins walk away. Quiet and cozy apartment. Good wifi connection. Location close to city centre. 24x7 cab available.

Amazing location. It is apartment for more than one night. There is everything you need. Basic equipment for living. Clean. Private parking inside the block. And helpful local guy who knows english language. We recommend it. Exchange office and 24/7 market in the block. Appartment in very center of Almaty.

The property was located at the most perfect location. We had a money exchange right in front of the entrance, supermarkets, bus stop and cafés all at walking distance. Some of the tourist locations like Zenkov Cathedral, Panfilov Park and Green Bazar are also nearby (you need to take a bus from the bus stop and it was just a few stops away post which you can cover all these locations together just by walking). The area was beautiful, calm and quiet. It was very easy to figure out the building as well. I really loved the location of the property because everything was easily accessible. Our owner was super friendly and helped us with solutions to any questions we had. She even helped us with booking our tour online - thank you for doing that. Her colleagues were also super friendly and helpful. Overall, we were super happy with our stay.
