The hotel was centrally located in Almaty. The staff kindly carried our luggage up to our room on arrival. The room was very spacious. The bed was huge! Very clean and tidy. We appreciated the city view and the refrigerator. Breakfast was served in the adjacent building. A wide selection of choices. Our flight was late at night and he hotel allowed us to leave our luggage until nearer the time of departure.

-Around the hotel there are many restaurants nearby including the "CHEF RESTAURANT" which serves really good food. -The location is great but i didnt find too many shops nearby. -The hotel is clean, breakfast is good. - Staff are nice. -For the amount i paid, i cannot complain much.

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is very good with variety. Most of The staff can speak English 👍and Ayaulym is very helpful and pleasant. Also is quite close to the Green bazaar and park.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the location was great—close to shops and just a short walk to the city center.

The hotel location was close to the Metro and numerous cafes. Easy walking to many sights and local parks. The breakfast was extensive and replenished. The room was comfortable. Staff were excellent.
