The hotel is conveniently located in the central part of the city. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. The breakfast is very good and varied. The staff is kind and responsive. Good value for money.

I had the opportunity to stay at Mildom Hotel in Almaty and was very pleased. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, I had no problems. The hotel staff was really kind, smiling and helpful in every way. Both the atmosphere of the hotel and the quality of service made my trip more enjoyable. Mildom Hotel is definitely recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay.

I booked a single room which was comfy. Breakfast was great with a spread of items - sunny side up eggs, pancakes, fruits, breads, etc. You won’t go hungry if you stay here, that’s for sure. Wifi worked well too.
