Good location. Beautiful surroundings. Sumptuous breakfast. Amazing view from rooms from higher floors. Friendly staff. Specially Mr Kamran at reception is awesome with his courteous and helpful attitude.

BEST Location … walking distance from the ascension cathedral , 1 min from the Guiness pub , Chinese restaurant luckyee and other hangout places Great breakfast spread and the vibe of the hotel is friendly

Comfy bed, great views, really helpful and friendly staff with good English, iconic building! WiFi worked in my room on 15th floor, air con worked well.

1. One of our rooms were upgraded to Jr suite which was great. 2 king beds in each room - fantastic! 2. The view of the hotel building from outside at night is wonderful, picture worthy especially with snow. 3. Lucky for us there was a souvenir shop below so we didn't have to look far. 4. Breakfast spread was awesome, and food and juices were delicious. Love the snowfall experience at the balcony as we were having breakfast. 5. Floors were beautifully decorated - lights, walls and carpets made it feel elegant.

My room was on the 25th floor but I expect all rooms have pretty great views. The design of the hotel is magnificent and I wish they still built them that way. The architecture of the arrival sequence makes you feel important! the breakfast is fantastic and served in a very nice, cheerful mezzanine area overlooking the lobby. I dined at two of the returants that are associated with the hotel, Ziyafet and Noodles. Both were very good.
