I really loved staying 6 nights here. The breakfast is amazing. So much choices. The hotel is historical. My room was very old. I loved it. USSR atmosphere. Had so much fun. Very big room and very clean. I had AC in my room.

This hotel is located at the heart of the city so it is easy to move around various places. The staff are very friendly and available for helping us.

The Kazakhstan Hotel offers a decent variety of breakfast options, though predominantly non-vegetarian. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the Kok Tobe Cable Car, providing easy access to stunning city views.

The location is just so convenient. Its close to different restaurants and walkung distance to kok-tobe cable car station. The room service was also reliable and efficient. The panoramic view of Almaty City from our room was perfect.

Everything was ok, hotel is huge. Clean room, cleaned every day. Beautiful view of the mountains. Fast WiFi. Large selection at breakfast. Food in the restaurant above the lobby very tasty, nice service. You can eat traditional dishes. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
