The stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The room was noisy due to its location on the road side, and the bed mattress was hard. The breakfast was average, but there is room for improvement. The staff were cordial and friendly, but they could benefit from additional training in customer service.

Denis, the manager, did everything to make our stay at the hotel and in Almaty fantastic and unforgettable. He went above and beyond to give us advice and directions. The hotel is very charming, clean and beautiful. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be better. I highly recommend this hotel. Massage was also recommendable! Nice friendly staff !
