Five Seasons, was a very good place to stay. Staff was very friendly, though we didn't know the language, we exchanged all our conversations through facial expressions , smiles & sometimes google translator. Lovely place to stay. I initially worried, because of my kid, but trust me its a great place one can stay & family friendly. We cooked our dinner everyday & kitchen was easily accessible. Thank you Five Seasons for giving us a wonderful stay in Almaty. Love from India !

Friendly hosts, basic room but plenty of space, furniture -- wardrobe , table, chair, good water pressure, strong wi-fi, decent kitchen, quiet at night, mini market 1 minute walk from hotel, secure and safe.
