breakfast can be better if they can add more vegan food also , to write the name of the dishes in english for better understanding for non russian or kazakh speakers. rest the staff is very helpful. Guys at the reception MR zalim Khan the Girl was all very helpful.

The hotel was beautiful, but there were no shops or restaurants nearby. What I appreciated the most was the excellent service, especially from the reception and restaurant staff

Ordered room service many a times, though limited selection, but the food quality was good. Wifi was strong. Of all the staff, Hamid was very helpful and assisted us throughout our stay of 4 nights.
