We had a comfortable away at Crpto hotel.Danial and Madina were very helpful and guided us around the city and helped us with Cabs. it's good value for money,centrally located..breakfast is wholesome too and the room was clean

I am pleased to recommend this hotel, as we extended our stay for an additional two nights. The hotel provides a comfortable and peaceful environment, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. The breakfast offered is simple yet delicious, and the complimentary 24-hour coffee and tea service is a thoughtful touch. The hotel's location amidst greenery offers a serene ambiance, with ample outdoor space for relaxation.

We stayed for 2 nights and then extended for 2 more nights because our kids didn't want to leave and go to another hotel. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The family room is good, and the single room worked well too. It feels more like a home than a hotel. We'll definitely stay here again if we visit Almaty in the future. Also, the restaurant near the entrance of the hotel called "Ashana" is also good if you're hungry and want to try traditional Kazakh cuisine.

Quiet, comfortable guesthouse in a leafy suburb with a 15 minute stroll through a park to nearest shops. Major sights like the cathedral and music school are accessible audio. Friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast. Taxi found it no problem.

Our stay at the guest house in Alma-Aty, Kazakhstan, was marked by several positive experiences. Firstly, the location, although in a residential area close to the city center, offered a sense of tranquility away from the bustling streets. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with charming interiors that exuded warmth and comfort. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to relax on the lovely terrace and make use of the barbecue facilities provided. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was a delightful assortment of sweet treats, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
