Anna speaks very good English, which is very helpful in a country people barely speak any English. The room is very large and the shower is very strong and warm. You have a wee balcony as well.

Nice hotel, conveniently located in the center of Almaty. Staff are service minded and helpful. Rooms are well equipped with everything that can be expected in a hotel of this classification. Cleaning every day. A very good hotel in this price level.

Excellent staff, excellent quiet location yet very close to the Arbat walking street , excellent value for money, has an excellent cafe for coffee and snacks adjacent to the hotel.

Very good location and you can go to most of the tourist attractions by walking. The room is big and clean. Anna at the front desk speaks very good English and is very helpful.
