Breakfast and restaurant staff good , also I liked that if you brought food in from outside that they happy to reheat for you if you wanted to eat it later or store it in their fridge for later.

Location is one of the best, very convenient. Variety service including with free luggage storage service. Nice, friendly and helpful hotel staff. Very good value of money.

The location is perfect for train travel schedule. It is a 5 minutes walk to ALMATY 2 station. The living room is too spacious for a single person. The bed is comfortable and the room is just right. Toilet/shower is well maintained.

The breakfast was delicious and have different options. I would have loved if there is a better coffee for breakfast and not instant. But overall the breakfast was great.
