the facility is wonderful. the apartment is large and really well furnished, especially the kitchen. there is not too much light coming inside, but I really appreciate the cleaning and the amazing view. I had some personal troubles with some centipede entering the apartment everyday- but this is life in countryside...:)...next time I will bring with me some essential oils - apparently they dislike...

If I had known how beautiful Quinta Do Falcão was, I would have spent 2 weeks there. Stunning location, we enjoyed an amazing sunset from the garden. The house is brand new, with lots of new facilities, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for the luggage. The space was clean. The hosts are very very welcoming, helpful and nice. We liked them a lot. They are doing an amazing job in Quinta Do Falcão, we were impressed.

The premises are amazing. It is bright new, done with real good taste. Really clean and well taken care of. We could breath peace and quiet. The terrace with views is so nice.

The location is beautiful with great views, newly renovated to a high standard. We are regular visitors to the island, usually in the marina, and this was an opportunity for us to do something different where we could stay in a property that we have passed many times. Spacious and comfortable, it felt like home. Quiet and with good security. There are also outside areas for sitting and for a barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped but you will need to invest in salt, pepper and oil plus tea and coffee. Our host, Sandra, was delightful and extremely helpful. Whilst a car is useful, the bus service works and the bus stop is outside the front gate to your left. There is a copy of the timetables in the apartments, which need a bit of studying. In July and August an extra service runs to the beach at Praia Formosa and to Anjos. Taxis also come at a very reasonable price too. There is a local bar, Stop 2, 5-10 minutes walk to your left and a bit further up the hill is a well stocked supermarket Angelo with a café. Just beyond that, left at the crossroads is a bar restaurant (A Moagem) with good local food. Lots of great walks too. We had a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
