We had no issues during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, the customer service good, the restaurant has nice food. I used the pool which was a good size and clean. They offer a complementary one hour sunset cruise which was a pleasant surprise.

The property is located at an excellent location. The room was clean. Breakfast varieties were great. Only drawback is additional services which hotel provides like house boat experience which was too costly for 2 hours. I actually paid more to hosue boat than the room itelf.

location, room, spa and most of all the restaurant/bar staff to say the least attention and making sure our stay was as comfortable and be ad accommodating as possible. 10/10 spa was amazing

Excellent location and very specious big rooms with a nice lake view. Good selection of food in the restaurant. Professional service at the reception desk and in the restaurant. Room and bathroom are both very clean and comfortable.

The front office and Travel Help desk were extremely helpful. Because of the maintenance problem, the water from the air conditioner pipe soaked my shoes, and the staff from the front office took them to dry and returned them afterward.
