Loved it all. We were welcomed by Om and team and they were extremely kind and helpful. The room was bigger than expected and the bathroom facilities were great. The AC worked perfectly. We loved the breakfast offered and we also thoroughly enjoyed the location. Om was extremely helpful in organising our backwaters trip and he was always on hand when we needed him. Could not recommend Neela Waters highly enough.
