Location near the lake, free parking just across the street. Approx. 700m to the ski gondola to the Civetta ski slopes, large free parking available there. Nice breakfast. Good base to start skiing at Passo Falzarego (35min drive) from there direct access to Cortina, Alta Badia and further Sellaronda ski slopes. 20 min drive to Marmolada gondolas in Malga Ciapela. 25 min drive to Falcade with access to Alpe Lusia & San Pellegrino ski slopes, very strategic position... 🤗

Breakfast was nice, location was ideal for Dolomites, easy to find, has parking space (although you need to pay extra for it). Our room was upgraded free of charge which was amazing. A few nice places to eat or get takeaway. Beautiful scenery, staff member was amazing and friendly. Room was good.

We liked the friendly staff who were exceptionally helpful and the hotel’s location with parking beside the lake. The hotel was spotlessly clean. We had one of the smaller rooms in the hotel which suited our requirements perfectly.

The perfect place to stay when exploring the Dolomites. The staff are so warm and welcoming. Very helpful with suggestions for the best sights. Rooms are great and have a wonderful view over the lake. The breakfast is great along with the coffee. Please stay here for at least 1 night when in the area. You will not regret it. Amazing.
