Everything is ok. This is not the first time we have stayed here and always in the same room. This time they gave us a different room. We asked for a replacement, and they politely replaced us with the room we always stay in. I am sincerely grateful to the hotel staff 😉.

The fact that I could bring my own food and warm it up in the hotel. Most hotels don’t want to do that. Very friendly staff. I never do reviews but I feel they deserve one.

Great hotel if you are going to watch AZ Alkmaar like we were. Only a short walk to the stadium. Pleasant 25 min walk to the beautiful town centre. Free parking too.

A place to call Home away from home. Lovely staff, courteous, professional and very helpful. When I checked in I was told that they had given me a room to the front of the hotel and considering that I am staying a month, changed to a room at the back of the hotel and asked if this was suitable. Of course it was, the quieter the better it is. I needed a taxi as my app to order an Uber did not work and they did so without hesitation and offered me a cup of coffee while waiting. When I booked breakfast they wanted to know if I wanted to book this for my whole stay and due to early shifts I declined. They offered me a breakfast box instead.... and all this with a smile. My house in Alkmaar is not ready yet as the renovation take longer than expected.... I don't mind. I am very well looked after.

We enjoyed our visit very . being a ble to appreciate our beautiful room with staying two nights. The kindness of the staff was exceptional. The only shortfall was not having a proper restaurant for our evening meal. We have tried it out but really feel the food is very poor. If your own high quality evening meals could be reinstated the hotel would be second t o none.
