The hosts were very helpful! Told us about some interesting "tea trails" and drove ahead of us to take us to the trailhead while they were on their way to pick up their daughter from school.

Hosts were kind and took the time to tell us about local food options and things to explore. Host also provided us with a tea tasting experience of teas from their own farm. We were upgraded from a double room to triple room.

Communication with the host was really good and received the upfront recommendation to rent a car instead of coming by bus — this was a really good advice! The place itself is in a quiet corner, a bit remote from Alishan National forest so it requires some additional 45 minutes drive to the place. But factoring this in, it is a really nice stay with a couple of restaurant and supermarket options in the area. I had a really good night of sleep!
