We really liked this location! Very nice owner, very clean and comfy. It was really close to the beach and all the restaurants. Cleaning was done every day, the owner is really nice and helpful with everything you need (she even let us check in earlier in the morning and told us, if we needed, we can stay longer in the day of the checkout). The bathroom was the surprise of this location, so modern and full of natural light. Beautiful balcony with a lot of flowers and trees in front. We had some amazing nights there! We had no problem parking our car at the location. Alykanas is for sure a nice village with easy access to all those beautiful beaches in the north-eastern zones of the island (if you rent a car).

Beauty, cleaning, excellent communication, a sort of serenity and peace belonging to the place itself,. I have really enjoyed my holiday, having a wonderful time at Patrinos Studios. I heartily recommend it.

The owners are so nice and keep it all spotless! It’s so modern, has amazing facilities and the comfiest beds! For the price it’s a no-brainer and will definitely be returning!

Very friendly landlady and very accommodating, Decent clean rooms with A/C. Very positive experience. Parking space too. The location isn't anything fantastic but I didn't care.
