Great reception and room service, close proximity to pool. Very comfy, great breakfast at Tali. Left charger in room and they called to let me know could collect.

The pool is great, the casino is perhaps the Center of nightlife in Alice, which is convenient, the staff were very polite and helpful, the tali restaurant was quite good.

Absolutely love the Crowne Plaza. Staying there is a real treat for us. The accommodation is always so nice and clean. It is a shame though that there isn’t a mini bar. The pool is always so great. The splash bar is good too. Only one staff member so service was a bit slow but the girl working did so well and everyone was very friendly to her. We had dinner with friends at Tali and had a gamble in the casino. It was like being on vacation. Thank you Crowne Plaza and your amazing team Janine

Fitness centre is outstanding. Best hotel gym I've ever encountered - which is why it is also a public gym I suppose! Room was beautiful, views of the ranges was lovely, great bathroom, can't fault the property at all.
