Great location near the Alicante centre. Appartment was spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff was very friendly.

The location was great! You could walk straight into the city center. We had to pay parking fees of 8 euros per day. The parking garage was just 100 meters away, which was very convenient! However, the parking spaces in the garage are quite narrow. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows definitely need to be replaced. They were long, hard pillows and were not comfortable at all. All four of us felt the same way! Moreover, there was quite a bit of noise from the outside, as the windows didn’t close properly. The location was excellent. The apartment had a small kitchen and a fridge. It was also really convenient that there was an elevator in the building. We took the stairs, but for my parents, the elevator was ideal! The girls at the reception were very kind. I would definitely recommend it!

Lots of space in the apartment and able to really relax as though we were at home. Central location with access to everything we needed in the city. Bedroom faced onto an inner courtyard so nice and quiet for sleeping.

The apartment was clean, easily accessible and looked just like in the pictures. It's located near everything you can need during your stay and the centre, stores and bus stops are within walking distance. You are also able to wash your clothes downstairs at a small price. I absolutely recommend to book this.

A friendly welcome and a guide to which lift to use. It meant we got off to a great start, knowing there was help available should we need it. Plus we got into our room very quickly on arrival - no hanging around. Really good neighbourhood, quiet some of the time, but a friendly vibe in the evenings. Very easy to get to the old town and then to walk down to the beach. Very clean, modern rooms, with lovely floor-to-ceiling window/doors on to the balcony.

Generally in full compliance with the declaration. Much was satisfactory, as the reception service, the kitchen, the bathroom, the WiFi, but a lousy functioning sofa bed (poor pull-out) and TV features (described above) pull an otherwise excellent accommodation down. - The price was in line with the tender.
