The facilities were lovely and clean and on ground level. There was a kettle, microwave, and fridge provided in the accommodation too. It was quiet and peaceful and had secure parking. The trams and bus stops are just around the corner. The landlady Lulia was extremely pleasant and very helpful indeed. I would definitely recommend the property

- Good location - 10min walk to the beach and 5min to big Auchan. Also next to Santa Barbara castle, so you can walk up. 20min to get downtown - Good value for the money compared to the other options in Alicante - Owner was nice and welcoming - Owner accommodated our request for an earlier check-out, but the whole setup isn't very comfortable for the guests - We've had no problem to park in the street around (free if you find a spot)

The apartment was close to everything: shops, sights, public transport, old town..etc. Lucia was a good and friendly hostess and arranged everything we asked for, even private transportation. We highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice and clean place to stay. 10 minutes away from the beach, 4 minutes with the bus. Also a big shopping center is nearby. And Lucia was a wonderful hostess, very kind and always happy to help.

Accomodation was close to the beach and the castle, locally some markets for neccesities. Fridge and the microwave were working fine. + AC unit in the apartment. Apartment was well furnished and cozy.

Cheeky few days away to explore Alicante. Accommodation was just what we wanted. Great positioning. V clean. Exceptional value for money. Lucia was on hand for anything we needed and such a warm host. We will see you again . Thank you x

Really nicely decorated apartment in a great location, less than 10 min walk away from the beach, close to Santa Barbara castle and a shopping centre with a big supermarket. Very warm and welcoming host. Generally we were satisfied with the stay and the things that weren't so great could be very easily improved.
