Please note that we are a contactless hotel, operating with online check-in and self-check-in procedures. All guests are required to complete online check-in through the provided link (sent via email, WhatsApp and booking message) Ensure you download TTlock, register, (or inicate a 4 digit access code of your choosing) and provide your arrival time and working telephone number before 4:00 PM on your arrival date. We do not have 24hr physical reception desk. We operate with online check in and self check in, therefore: - all our guests are required to complete online check in through the link provided to them by email and accept to use self check in.
If you have not completed the online checkin process (complete registration download TTlock and register in it provide time of arrival and working telephone number) before 16h on your date of arrival, you may be refused access to the building or charged an extra "special attendance fee".
Charges for improper conduct: - We are a strictly no smoking hotel and will charge EUR250 fine to guests that smoke in the room
- Other grave inappropriate behavior such as peeing on the walls, burning the floor, staining the mattresses with wine etc.. will involve a fine up to EUR300 depending on gravity of the misconduct
- We ask guests to respect other guests and not play loud music after 23h, otherwise customers will be charged a EUR100 fine
- We reserve the right to refuse access to customers who insult our staff or behave in any other aggressive manner. We may also call the police if the situation escalates.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We messaged the hotel to see if we could check in earlier than 4pm due to an earlier flight, they came back straight away to say it wasn’t ready yet but they would advise when it was. And they stuck their word and let us know around 2pm. Which was much appreciated. Hotel was clean. We had one of the rooms with less mod cons in but didn’t bother us. Great location as we were there for new years and the celebrations were right outside. So balcony was perfect to look at what was going on. Easy to check in and out, all contactless. Instructions via WhatsApp were simple and clear to follow. Would stay again.
