The fine print
Half board or full board does not include drinks. In low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.Half board or full board can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified without a special supplement to the Gala in special events such as New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, etc.To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, for stays of 3 nights or less, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, only one night will be charged and the price of two nights will be refunded to the guest. In case of non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged and it cannot be modified or canceled without total penalty of the stay.On the occasion of special galas, dinner is not available in the hotel cafeteria on 24 December and 31 December (every year) and 15 February 2025. Service will be available until 18:00.The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.

A well run hotel, quite luxurious in the new part of the building. The rooftop bar was wonderful although it was closed in the evening out of summer season. The staff were brilliant especially the ones in the restaurant at breakfast.

Room was lovely and clean with everything we needed, loved the shower! We ate at the buffet restaurant a couple of times for our evening meal which was very nice, we also had breakfast included in our stay which was lovely. Location is excellent close to the beach and a tram stop for access to Alicante town, perfect place to relax and see as much or as little of Alicante as you like.

Smart modern facilities. Situated within easy walk of beach and also a tram stop for Alicante city. Balcony to room very spacious. Mini bar well stocked and reasonably priced. Roof top pool and bar very nice.

GREAT LOCATION - EXCELLENT BREAKFAST - GREAT SERVICE We chose this hotel for our off-season holiday in January. LOCATION AND DESIGN OF THE MODERN PART The hotel is located about 20-minute bus ride (the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, many others, tram stops included, are about leisure 5-minute walk) from the centre (let's say from Puerta del Mar stop). The hotel is in a super-quiet and clean residential area just at max. 10-minute walk from the most beautiful Alicante San Juan beach and a lovely promenade with some shops and restaurants. The hotel is located amongst other residential buildings, but has a spacious courtyard with a swimming pool and a kid pool. There is also a rooftop terrace with another pool and with a nice urban view (the rooftop bar is closed during off-season). The design of the building is light and modern, the lobby and nearby restaurant and a bar are also very spacious (just remember we r speaking about the modern part - check below). The terrace, the integral part of an accommodation option in a modern part of the hotel, having a coffee table and two chairs, was spacious and great for chillin. There is also a mini-bar fridge, an electric kettle with a modest selection of teas (camomille, mint, black) and an instant coffee suplied daily via cleaning service. BREAKFAST, QUALITY OF THE SERVICE The service desk staff speak fluent English and was professional. The biggest pro was the quality of breakfasts - def a 4-star experience! I expected lower quality according to pics and reviews here on Booking, but they were delicious and the offer generous (various kinds of fruit and vegetable, sweet and salty pastry, sausage and dairy boards, cereals, the kitchen with a chef preparing eggs on your demand, warm variations of cooked vegetable, sausages, etc.). The table service was a high-quality one, so the cleaning - our room was cleaned on daily basis even during a public holiday and the weekends and the service was always great.
