Me and my friend stayed in apartment 1 on ground floor. It was quaint with a couple of armchairs, table & chairs, shower room and kitchen area on lower level. A staircase has been built leading to a sleeping area above living area where you will find a double bed. They have made clever use of the height of this apartment. All utensils available, plates, cups etc if you want to cook indoors (we didn't as only stayed 1 night). If you are a light sleeper or want to go to sleep early you will struggle in this room. Due to the very central location the noise from outside is extreme with people walking past and talking very loudly. I was also abruptly awoken with bins being emptied. Apart from this the location of the apartment building is spot on.

It was in a nice, quiet location but close enough to the marina, main shopping areas, the castle and lots of places on foot. The apartment was cosy and felt like a home from home. It was easy to catch buses to the airport and other destinations also. Comfy bed, quiet in the evening, a nice outdoor area. It was very safe and part of a quiet apartment block and Antonio was there if you needed anything and he was very friendly.

Its location in the city center was ideal, offering easy axcess to local atracciones, clean and comfortable, given the affordable price, excellent value for money! Good choice for a short stay!

Very central location. Easy to find. Has everything that you need for a enjoyable stay. I have stayed there now a second time. Close to trains and buses. For me it didn't matter the interior is more traditional than modern. That did not effect my stay at all

Antonio communicated before we arrived. He was at the pension, at the time we asked, for a quick check in. Comfy mattress, room clean, new ensuite with nice shower and lots of hot water, TV, hairdryer, fridge, towels and wash products, kettle with some drinks sachets, maybe a microwave but we didn't use. Room cleaned each day. A/C in room but we didn't use. Room warm on the windy wet days we were there. Yes, it's in an older style building. Furniture is more traditional than modern but that's part of the charm. Loved the tiled entrance. Room window overlooked internal courtyard, but weren't bothered by not having a view, small clothes line outside for drying clothes. Location great, lots of locals bars which we prefer over tourist bars. 5 mins walk to market. Very slight noise from people walking past room occasionally or doors closing but nothing of significance. On a fairly quiet side road. Don't be put off by the shop next door that sells adult products; we had no issues and the location was local, quiet and felt safe. Very good value for money.

Great hostel! Was at a wonderful location, it was very close to the main street and felt safe even walking alone at night. There was a grocery store nearby as well. The staff was very kind. Really enjoyed my stay!

The accommodation is very centrally located in Alicante. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The room had everything I needed for a short stay. Everything was very clean. Good for a short stay. Good value for money!

Great location. Antonio is a marvellous host. Apartment was very clean with a small but good kitchen. Outside area was beautiful. All this and very good value as well. Highly recommended.
