The apartment was fabulous! It was spacious, clean and in an excellent location. We had everything we needed. it was great having two bathrooms.

The apartment has been recently renovated and everything looks sparkling new. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The apartament has 2 bathrooms with is brilliant. The AC was doing a good job on very hot days. It is quiet dispute being located in the center of Alicante. The location is perfect and you can reach the most of landmarks by foot. The nearest mercadonna is just a few minutes walk. There are a lot of good restourants around. 10-15 min walk to the beach. MyFlats management staff is very professional and helpful. Smooth check in and check out. We definitely stay at this apartment next time when we are in Alicante.

Great apartment, very centrally located, with nothing else to desire. Just steps from everything you want when visiting Alicante, including the beach. It is well-equipped, with all you need to feel comfortable. Everything is brand new and newly renovated. The coffee maker uses Nespresso Dolce Gusto pods. The staff is responsive, though there is no staff on-site—you need to call them. The terrace is a great plus, with full-size windows. If you are coming by car, there’s parking in the same block, just around the corner, for about €16 per day. The building in front of the apartment has a private parking garage, and you can hear the wheels screeching all day if the windows are open, but it’s not bothersome. Generally speaking, the place is very quiet, and we slept well.
