The location of the hotel, the view from our junior suite and the view from the breakfast room were excellent. As the hotel was huge with many buildings, the way to our room(last one) through strange never ending corridors was EXHAUSTING and far too long. This was in no way mentioned as we checked in and it was frustrating to start with room 4100 and finally reach our room 4001. The long corridors made me fear what happens in case of fire when people rush out of their rooms at the same time. Even the hotel was next to the beach and the beach was just below our balcony we had to walk a pritty long way along the main street until we got to the beach. Just wondering why this huge hotel doesn't have a second exit on the beach side. In the dinner restaurant the service was friendly and they gave extra attention to the children - however, we were not very satisfied with the food. The fish was not warm and even they took it back, with second time it still was not warm enough, but we didn't send it back any more as we were very hungry. The meat of Childrens' Hamburgers were too dry and too hard/dense. I must say that the food in old town was much better and more value for the money. Hotel breakfast was overall ok with plenty of offering. They had plenty of frish fruits, but still very few frish vegetables for vegetarians. Overall our 10 and 11 years old grand children enjoyed the stay very much, which was the most important as this trip was our 10 year present for them. They liked the swimming pool and went there every day even the weather was quite cold. However, it was a pity that some people, who had their room above the swimming pool were yelling them to be quiet and to shut down when they were having some fun in the water - they were the only ones in the pool. Another thing is that as this was their 10 year birthday present, I would have expected some small gesture from the hotel side, especially as I mentioned this when checking in.

Rooms were nicely designed with very comfortable bed and good bed linen. Bathroom was large and modern. Lovely sea views from the balcony.

The location was excellent! Right in the heart of everything and beautiful views over the marina and the sea. The breakfast buffet was just incredible - so much choice, and it never felt that busy, even during peak times. I can imagine during the summer it might be a little different but for March, this was perfect.

Very lean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom products and lots of towels. Tea and coffee available in the room. The hotel is in a fabulous location and is very close to the beach.
