The location is great and this is the second time we have stayed here. Fabulous Tapas just up the street on the right. The room was available earlier than check in and after an early morning flight that is always a bonus. Friendly and welcoming.

The apartment is in the city centre, very close to the cathedral. It was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The windows are double-glazed and there are wooden shutters, so there was no noise from outside during the night. Breakfast was included in the price, which was served next door at Madness Coffee. We arrived on a Sunday, when the reception was closed, but the instructions for gaining entry were very clear. Parking was at a discounted rate of 10.50€ per day in the car park on Rambla de Méndez Núñez, a walk of five minutes away.

This apartment is situated in the middle of the old town and 5 minutes walk in all directions to most of the bars, restaurants, marina and even entrance to Alicante Castle; the main shopping area is about a 10 minute stroll on flat paths etc. Parking is available at a public underground car park about 3 minutes walk away and, with hotel discount, is about €10 per day. The room etc was excellent and spotlessly clean but the location is the best part. The welcome we had at reception was exceptionally friendly and warm and we really did feel appreciated. Access to all rooms are wheelchair friendly and all accessible via a lift.

Excellent location. Stylish and comfortable room. Kitchenette (though we didn’t need to use it). The bathroom with shower was also good. We were very pleased and recommend this place for other couples, too.

Location is great. App is small but enough for family of four. Kitchen is side, not enough if you need to cook.
