The owner - not far from the beach - in the heart of the old city the apartment which we got the one on the photo had a problem of inondation

Great and friendly host. He was very helpful in each case. Apartment with a great view. The tram station is very close. It's super easy to use public transport. A few steps to a small and intimate beach. Great internet connection. We used that apartment for remote work and the connection was perfect.

This is an appartment with a fantastic view of the Albufereta beach. The location is perfect. There is a tunnel right in front of the building's entrance to get to the beach. There is a tram station located around 500 meters from the building to get to downtown Alicante and the nearby San Juan beach. The appartment has a gated parking for the car. So, transportation is great with or without a car. It has a Nespresso-type coffee maker, a microwave oven, a stove and a large fridge. It does not have regular oven, though (I would not have used it, anyway, so this wasn't a problem for me). I would definitely recommend this appartment for a solo traveler or a couple seeking to enjoy a fantastic view and being close to the beach in Alicante.
