We wanted a basic overnight post/ flight stay. The room had everything we needed, comfortable bed clean shower room convenient lights / small bur fully met our needs. all the staff were friendly.Breakfast was not cooked but a good selection all excellent quality.

Beautiful location. Next to the sea. The room was fairly clean and towels and toiletries are available. There is a single plug point, thankfully we didn’t have many devices. Breakfast is continental- array of breads, condiments, fruit, cereal, cheeses, boiled eggs, preserved meats. There is a coffee machine and a fresh orange juice dispenser. The orange juice was excellent! I follow a plant based diet, so had limited choices like cereal, oat milk, bread, jam. Ingredients are not listed. We had dinner once in the Ibis- a few choices available. It may be best to order food via Uber eats. There are parking spaces in the hotel- which was handy because we rented a car the next day. The hotel gates are closed at night. Staff are polite. Our room was cleaned each day. There is a large TV in the room with local channels. But the TV has Netflix and YouTube. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Two buses stop there- my understanding is one takes you into the city and the other takes you to the airport. Buses run every 20 minutes during the day.

Spacious bedroom and very nice en suite bathroom. Plenty of room for our dog Samson, who was given a box of treats on arrival. Food was lovely ( spaghetti Carbonara)

Lovely clean room but food in restaurant was very disappointing. Poor choice. Didn't gave tge 1st 3 things I ordered. Pizza was frozen. Chips not cooked properly and still frozen. No one came to clear our plates or offer us coffee. Service was very poor and not helped by 'trainees' messing about.

Room was good, bed comfortable and bathroom was clean. C6 bus from airport stopped to let us off at bus stop across the road from the hotel.

The Ibis was a very pleasant stay. A little bit remote from the town of Alicante but easily accessible by the C6 bus which stops virtually outside the hotel and costs 3.95 euros. A little tip if you are over 65 a seniors ticket is only 95 cents. You just need to show your passport . All of the staff at the Ibis were very friendly and nice. Room's cleaned daily The breakfast was very tasty but the dining area can be busy but in our 3 day's there we never had a problem. The Seranno ham is delightful 😊 All in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you
