Cannot believe this hotel is only rated 3 stars. Surrounding gardens, pool, reception, rooms with fabulous balconies facing the sea. Room cleaned every day. Fridge and kettle . Amazing value. Lovely staff. Our room had minor skirting board/flooring /scuffs around bathroom if I’m being picky but it was a wonderful 4 nights. Would recommend and definitely return

Nice spacious room with beautiful bathroom, great shower. Friendly helpful staff. Location good for beach and tram stop. Hotel food was excellent. Good restaurants nearby. Nice grounds and pool area. May struggle to get a sunbed in peak season. Bikes for hire and pool towels available at reception.Loved it!

Good and safe parking on the hotel grounds. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with very good food, and excellent value for money. We also expected the hotel to be almost empty - in winter at the beach - but both the hotel and the restaurant had quite a few guests, which we liked. The room was average at this level of hotel.

Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfasts. Lovely and quiet (went in February) with ease of access to the tram line into Alicante and a wonderful beach and promenade.

The hotel was better than expected. Very stylish interior and decor. The staff were so lovely and genuine. The room was lovely with a seaside holiday vibe. The hotel has all the facilities you could want without it feeling like a resort. food was delicious in the restaurant in the hotel. For me the winner was the chocolate fondant dessert with ice cream! The hotel is across the road from the beach which is fantastic. The pool area was so nice although we didn't actually use it due to the weather but was nice to have the option. I got a gorgeous hot stone massage which was a lovely treat. I was really impressed with the hotel and have recommended it to loads of friends and family. Having the tram to go into the centre of Alicante was very handy as you can get the best of both worlds. We wanted a quieter beach holiday but also have a day of shopping in the city. Perfect hotel, perfect holiday. Loved my experience here. The hotel feels more than a 3 star hotel. It is of a very high standard. I felt it was a lovely boutique hotel.

Great experience, staff are super nice and helpful. I was a solo traveller , the staff in the cafe and restaurant were amazing. Fernanda, George and the other older lady that I don’t know her name were so nice. Fernanda made a table for one person just in case I decided to eat in the restaurant, that was so thoughtful. Loved my stay. Thank you.

The decor was lovely, cozy and opulent at the same time. The breakfast was superb and the staff very friendly. The distance to the beach promenade was perfect and the selection of restaurants in the area was good. We too the tram into the city center and that was very convenient.
