The location was superb, close to everything we wanted to visit and only a three minute walk from the C6 Airport bus stop at Puerta del Mar. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

The rooms are big and comfy. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here and would like to visit again

The location in the old part of the city. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area and close to the beach and harbour. The staff on reception were excellent. The buffet breakfast was ok. The variety of food was quite limited.

We chose a room with a view of the castle. And we go it! Nice huge room, clean and spacious! Staff ( two gentleman ) were very friendly and sweet.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Good restaurants, shops and coffee shops just around the location. We booked deluxe room on top floor with balcony and view. Room was huge and spacious. We stayed for 5 days during Christmas Holidays. The giant Belén was just exhibited just outside the Plaza of the hotel and great view from our balcony.

Hotel was lovely. Great location close to everything, Room was comfortable and had everything we needed, very clean. Hotel staff was very pleasant especially Ana who was very friendly and helpful.

Very central location. Our terrace overlooked main square, very festive with 3 kings right in middle. 2 min walk and you are right in front promenade, 2 mins opposite way right round from lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again. Check-in staff very polite and gave us a map and went over were we could find everything. Supermarket directly in square also if needed.
