Our holiday turned into medical emergency and we really appreciate all the help and support we got from the hotel staff. They quickly organised consult with a doctor and a translator, so nothing was missed. They also helped us with follow ups we had, so we'd like to thank everyone involved.

Breakfast was excellent and location was great due to it central location and so easy to get to the buses and trams and around the city. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful . Thanks for your help and making it a great hotel to stay in .

The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Alicante. The room was clean. The breakfast was good with a good selection to choose from.

The welcome when we arrived was lovely. We checked in early and it wasn't a problem. The lobby was spacious and clean. Our room was huge and really nice. The bed was firm without being uncomfortable. Great bathroom and shower.

Lovely hotel in a great location, room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Brilliant choice at breakfast great bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Only very minor gripe is the lifts were very slow

Location was excellent. A nice easy walk down to the seafront and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also, only a 15 minute walk (although quite strenuous) walk to the castle.

Only stayed one night but staff helpful, room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Very near to the station, and there were plenty of places nearby to eat. Good choice at breakfast. Airport bus stops right across the road.
