The hotel is near the airport, expo and by bus is the city easy to travel to. There was a renovation going on which was announced for arrival. So there was no surprise. The breakfast and diner facilities were good. Diner is nice and reasonable priced.

Clean room. Very comfortable and the restaurant is much better after the refurb. Great value breakfast and caters for coeliacs. Great service. Recommended.

The hotel is next to the EUIPO HQ. If you have business there, it is OK. If you want to visit the city, you need to travel a bit. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is possible to pay on the bus, the price is 4.5 EUR in 2024 for a sigle ticket (one ride). Otherwise it is a bit far from everything - I did not find a shop nearby. The closest was in 2.5 km walking - I did it. The hotel has a restaurant - I did not try it. There is a big parking place in front of the hotel.

excellent night staff even at 01.30 the young lady even made a sandwich for me and was delightfully as wes the day girl, I also enenjoyed the breakfast kind regards john forde

it's a good place for stay. We stay with a big dog (30 kilos), and pay extra fee, but get a little gift for our dog and we like it. There is a park near the hotel and you can walk there during the day with your dog. Bad is comfortable, there is a table with chair in our room. Also we like the parking.
