Great location, 5 min. to the beach, 200m to tram stop, many shops and restaurants nearby. Affordable price. Apartment itself is rather old-fashioned, but tidy and equipped with all the basic stuff.

I had the pleasure of staying in an apartment at the concorde building in alicante during christmas week, and i am delighted with the experience. upon our arrival, the manager greeted us with great kindness. the apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable. its location is a major advantage: it is literally a one-minute walk from the beach, making it perfect for fully enjoying the seaside. a big thank you to the manager for her charming and professional hospitality. i highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return on my future visits to alicante.

Excellent location of the hotel, steals views from the apartment, helpful staff. The apartments are located close to the tram stop, which will take you to Porta del Mar. The amazing thing is that 100 meters from the apartments is San Juan Beach. It is a beautiful beach that is one of the most beautiful and longest in Europe. Near Concorde there is a good Massyma market and small fashion shops and restaurants.

Apartmentis Concorde are in a fantastic location, close to the beachfront, tram system, buses, supermarket, shops, bars & restaurants. The staff are friendly, very helpful and will arrange taxis to and from the airport at an extra charge. The apartments are clean, comfortable and fully equiped with everything you will need. Bedding and towels are included and really clean & comfortable. Soap & dish washing materials are included in a welcome bag. WiFi, tv and air conditioing are included.

The helpfulness of the staff was totally outstanding and the location was superb. Great value for money. Staff had let me into my apartment early and stored my luggage until then.
