The property is beautiful and comfortable. The balcony is large and as the apartment is on the top floor of the block, it catches the sun - great for our winter break!!

Superb location opposite of the beautiful central market and all public transportation. Pedestrian street right next that takes you to the old town :) very quiet apartment despite the location. Really nice kitchen and terrace. Comfortable with baby pram with lift up to the apartment.

We had such a great stay here. Perfect location, super clean and well equipped apartment with modern design and spacious rooms. It was very nice to stay there. You are within a walking distance to all main sights and the see promenade. The host welcomed us at the office in the same building. It was all very easy and smooth. We would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

Brilliant location and had everything we needed. Stayed in the Duplex and had asked not to be opposite the large hotel but that was not possible. To be honest it was fine. We got the sun on the terraces pretty much all day which was great. It so close to bars, shops, restaurants and beach. Also close to bus stop for airport and tram stop to visit adjoining towns.

Great 2 bed apartment across the road from Central Market. Within easy walking distance of Alicante centre, beach and marina. Great outdoor area for breakfast dining, gets too warm with no shaded area from lunch time. Lovely again late evening when it gets cooler for having everything drinks. Really comfy beds. Very spacious apartment with doors to separate each area so no noise if people move around while others sleep.

If this apartment was a hotel it would be 5 Star. Everything about this apartment is luxury. There is an open plan living area with lounge, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen, including coffee maker. There is a downstairs toilet hidden behind a “secret” door. Upstairs there is the bedroom and bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space and the safe deposit box. There are two terraces one off of the bedroom with 2 relaxing chairs and a table and chairs it also has an electric awning. Downstairs there is a larger terrace with 2 sun loungers and a table and 4 chairs. Off of this terrace is the laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. All the fixtures and fittings are quality and the apartment is well maintained. Location is excellent being opposite the Central Market and it is about a 10 minute walk from the sea front. I really recommend this apartment.

The flat was gorgeous and in a great location! It was also very clean and was cleaned twice during our 2 week stay. It was quiet with very good air conditioning and comfortable beds. It was also very spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The parquet flooring was so beautiful - this was throughout the flat ( with the exception of the bathrooms, of course)- it gave the apartment such a luxe feel.
