The property is a TUI agent so there is at times a long wait at the reception, although they do allow you to leave your luggage if you arrive early or want to store luggage after check out although the office is closed for lunch. The room was clean with basic kitchen utensils to cook and prepare a meal, the room was clean and the bed was clean and comfortable. However the balcony however large was in a bad state of repair and we were located above the supermarket so there was continual loading and unloading taking place evening and early morning. We could however see the sea from here. The location is very good just 1 block away from the beach. We recommend magic beach bar on the front for super drinks sunbeds and location at great prices and friendly service We only stayed one night so we did nt use the pool as the sun had left the pool area when we checked in at 4pm and it felt shady and was being cleaned early in the morning which was a shame as we booked the hotel for pool use. My real concern was that we were asked for a secondary tax on arrival, which of course made the queues take a while to go down on both checking in : on booking it says all taxes are included and we had nt been asked for any other tax in our other accomodation. It appears that everybody was taken by surprise so nobody knew of this on arrival and I stood in a half hour queue, guests were being asked to pay 1 euro per person per night and I was shocked to see the receptionist take money from her purse to provide change, something did nt feel right about this and I feel the hotel should list this in their descripton at the very least.

The apartment was clean, a great size for our family (2 adults & a baby). We ordered a cot and it wasn't there when we arrived so I asked at the reception and got one brought up within 5 minutes. The staff were very good, helping any way they could. The pool is a great size and the complex is very close to the beach, just a couple of minutes walk. The kitchen had most things you need to cook simple meals, and a decent sized fridge and microwave.

Perfect location, approx 15mins from old town. Beach a 2 minute walk and a pool that is perfect for what it is. You should know what your getting based on what you are paying for. Apts are a but dated but clean and spacious, we had a balcony and it was perfect for the few says we were there.

Katya was an amazing host, so helpful. Apartment had everything you could want. There are lifts to upper floors. All apartments had balconies from what I could see.

Really liked the location, the pool was lovely, the girl in reception was so nice. I make two requests before arriving, the first to be near our friends and the other if we could check in early. Both were facilitated. I would defo stay here again.. a cork screw broke and we were given a brand new one the following day. I really liked that there was a book depository where you could leave books or get some.

Good location about 20 minute walk to center of old town. There is also a public bus goes every 20 minutes costs €1.50 very close by. Nice pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas - opens 10-1 and 2-7 everyday with lifeguard. Beach across the road also where you can hire loungers/umbrellas. Well stocked supermarket on ground floor with bakery, bar, deli counter, coffee and ice cream. On site shaded parking available for 10 euro/day. Air conditioning very good in both living room and bedroom. Good value for money when compared with other accomodation in the area. Sheets and towels changed twice on our 9 day stay.

Location. Only minutes from beach and promenade. Cleanliness. Apartment and pool area spotless. Convenience.Supermarket on site. Pool. Life guard on duty. Good number of sunbeds. Not allowed to reserve beds. Spacious 2 bed apartment. Air conditioning.
