The apartment was relatively basic and quite small, but it had all the facilities we needed. The location across the road from the beach ( quite a busy road) was ok. There was often a considerable amount of seaweed on the beach. We swam every day anyway. The proximity to the Old town was definitely a plus for this apartment. There were some very good restaurants there. As well as this there are some lovely beaches and scenery to the north of the town. Very much worth visiting.

The apartment has exceeded our expectations. It's very well equipped, it had everything that we needed (including toiletries, washing liquids, cling film for food, beach mats etc.). It's within walking distance (10-20min.) from the beautiful Maria Pia beach, the old town as well as the train station. I recommend paying a bit more for the apartment with a sea view, as the balcony is very big and the view of the sea is amazing. It was so nice to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves! Antonio, the host, is very friendly and replies to messages quickly.

From the minute we arrived, had been in contact with Antonio prior to trip about leaving bags. Left the bags and within half an hour received a message that apartment would be ready by 12.30. Met with Antonio, a pure gentleman, gave the keys, showed us apartment and went through everything and had a plentiful array of leaflets on surrounding area and activities. The view from the apartment was breath taking, It was spotless with every facility. Antonio was at the other end of the phone at any time was needed and he even arranged for the Taxi to collect us early morning on our departure. Could only recommend highly.

Nice location, and view , in front of the beach. A big supermarket 5 min walking, Maria Pia and city center 15 min walking. Free WiFi, washing machine

The location was very good. The rented the beach front apartment and had a wonderful time crossing to the beach almost every day.

Antonio was amazing , he was so helpful on the build up to our stay , any questions we had he promptly responded. He greeted us at the property and was so friendly amd helpful. We requested early check in , which we received ! The beach is straight across the road from the property and has the most beautiful crystal clear water . The town itself is a 10/15 min walk from the property, you don't find the time going by getting to town . The apartment was spotless , I have just arrived home and want to go back ASAP.. thank you Antonio

Antonio was able to get the apartment ready for our early arrival, which was nice. Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Shower is tight, but there was plenty of hot water. Balcony space is lovely for breakfast or for watching the sun set over the mountains in the evenings (evening tipple optional, but hard to resist with the view!). Great location - 20min walk along the promenade from the Old Town (and the main airport bus stop); 10min walk from the train station; beach is literally on the doorstep for a swim anytime day or night (a towel for use on the beach would be a nice addition to the apartment!). Lovely staff and food in Pizzeria Ramblas just round the corner (as with most "pizzerias" in Alghero, they do more than pizzas! - we had delicious fillet steaks). (Public) bus from/to the airport is a no brainer- €1.30, 25mins

Excellent location. Nice and quiet around it. Great location to the beach. Easy walking distance to the Old Town. 2 supermarkets closed by. Only 30 minutes on the bus from the airport. Apartment has everything you need. Bed was lovely and comfortable
