This is the second time I've been to the Windsor Hotel, which is simply wonderful. It starts with a wonderful reception from Cristina, who is wonderful at welcoming guests, giving them a warm welcome that makes them want to come back again and again. Congratulations to Windsor for having such a great and kind person. This hotel has such a wonderful view that it would make many hotels jealous. I love staying at this hotel until my next trip.

Great stay, nice staff, clean rooms, well renovated inside… what made it exceptional is the terrace on the 6 th gloor with a stunning view on the sea.

Everything is amazing. I really enjoyed staying here. Very nice and friendly staff, especially Christina, who is so professional and friendly, solving any issue in immediate actions. The view from the room is amazing, also the restaurant at the roof is so nice

Everything was perfect but little things could be better Booking was easy Check in was perfect Valet service was outstanding Room size is amazing but bathroom door lock was not functioning 🤫 Breakfast was pleasant Room & restaurant views were fabulous Elevator working OK but it is the one who choose which floor to stop 😅 Check out was pretty easy ALL the Staff were friendly, smiling, helpful ... etc I highly recommend it & will book whenever come back to Alexandria

Fantastic view on the sea, historic building with an interesting flair, very nice and extensive breakfast on the stunning rooftop, friendly hotel staff. Rooms and common areas feel a bit outdated (e.g, all the signs like „do not disturb“ could be replaced with new ones eventually) and beds could use a mattress protector, but if you don‘t mind that, then you will have a great stay here. It was all very clean (except the balcony which was dusty)

Very nice hotel in the perfect location to explore the city. Clean, tasty breakfast and the staff very helpful and friendly specially Christina but and the others that I don't remember all the names. I recommended with my eyes closed.
