Room was fine but the water in the shower tray was draining slow which was not expected. Informed the reception and they send th person to fix it, The problem was fixed temporarily.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room had everything you might need, really comfy bed, super clean. The location is also great. 5min taxi ride from the bus station, 2min walk from a big shopping center, 10min ride from the corniche. Best place I have stayed so far in egypt. And the WiFi is super strong!

The Grand Plaza Hotel is a perfect and very nice hotel. All employees are very helpfull and kind. The hotel and rooms are very clean. I liked also the breakfeast and dinner. The hotel is also a perfect place for families. My little son was happy there and he got a lot of positive attention and love from the employees. We really enjoyed our stay in the Grand Plaza Hotel and I definitely recommend it!
