Everything is wonderful in the hotel services, I would like to thank Ms. Aliaa 🌹 at the reception, she is the most helpful and very nice person and always tells us if we need anything or not, She also gave us the most beautiful room.I would also like to thank Ms. Mariam Mikhail in the main restaurant, she is also helpful and always smiling, thank you very much to all of you.

Location was good. It is inside the open mall, that is good as you may spend some time outside in the evening. Staff was professional, breakfast was OK and the price was fair

The location is good for families. The hotel is located inside a shopping centre. There are a lot of activities and restaurants for the family. The hotel itself has 4 restaurants and the food is tasty. We were given the newly refurbished room. The room was quiet but is little bite far from the pool. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and the spa facilities are a bonus. We had a lovely stay. The pillows were too hard. Please ensure that you can offer soft pillows to customers. The check out is at 12.00pm. We went for a walk around 9 am and when we came back, our room was opened and a member of the cleaning staff was inside our room and when he saw us, he asked us when we were checking out. I did find it quite intrusive. They should be told by the reception when the room is vacant and not asking customers when they were to leave. Not professional. Apart from that, we had a lovely time.

Our stay was amazing , we had nice time in the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. The staff is friendly, definitely won't be last time.

We loved the friendly service & the room was absolutely stunning. We felt much safer here compared to the previous hotel & were able to walk around freely. The complex has a great family atmosphere. We loved it so much that we didn't want to leave.

We greatly enjoyed the breakfast buffet both mornings. Variety of items included Western-style omlettes as well as local Egyptian items like "balila", "foule" beans and much more. Servers were attentive and very helpful to carry plates and liquids for us. [Husband and I are elderly.] An unexpected and delicious surprise was the freshly-baked "balady" bread. The location of the hotel is perfect for folks wanting to be downtown; nearby shopping is incredible in variety as well as price. The location met our needs also because it is near the home of relatives whom we were visiting. All employees were friendly, helpful with information, courteous and patient, going out of their way to assist my husband and myself with bags, going in and out of the hotel several times and much more. When my husband wanted a late snack from room service and we couldn't use our phones to scan the menu QR code, a waiter came up to our room and helped---even brought us a "paper" menu in case that was easier for us.

Reception staff very helpful and cheerful (LAMIA)..I asked them to get me a train ticket which they did. Miriam Mikhael and Ahmed Omran in the resturant were very helpful. Miriam polite and friendly.
