The staff is exceptional Mr.Mohamed Gamal in the reception makes me feel i am home and he is my brother, he makes anything easy to happen and with a smile may really makes everything easy Actually even if I have a place to stay in Alex but I have an addiction with this place,staff and mood. It was more than perfect But it was a very poor SPA No material , no professional trainers or massager, steam and sauna are poor and machines are old and at the same it it is the most expensive packages in ALEX I have did message at 4Ss It is another world and cheaper that Helnan Plz fix this issue
