Exceptionaly good experience, highly professional staff members 'especially the Reception staff including Mr. Youssef and the rest of the reception staff. The food quality was a 10 out of 10. One of the great things about this hotel that made it on top of the list for me is the dinning menu and bar, the prices are very reasonable, as a matter of fact the meals and drinks at the bar (which can be ordered at the room as well) are very fairly priced that i didnt leave the hotel throughout my stay to explore Alexandria from how satisfied i was. Other things that made the experience exceptional :- - The reception staff offered a beautiful room with a great view that was even better than what our booking offer was. - The room was very spacious, clean and with a beautiful view. - WIFi connection everywhere even on the beach! - Pianist made our evening delightful at the bar. - Spacious beach with very clean sand. Thank you for the most amazing experience i had in a Hotel in Alex 💛

The location is great, the staff are amazing. It is very clean and great breakfast. You are right by the beach and very close to a lot of cafes by seaside.

great breakfast & great hotel, however a bit expensive for Egypt. I guess because of the Christmas season. I was surpriced with fruits basket and very helpful staff

Th view and location of the hotel is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful starting from Omar who served us when we reached the hotel and I can't forget the housekeeping guy Islam who cleaned our rooms daily and finally, many thanks to Miss. Hanin, the PR responsible, she was caring about us since first moment till we made check out. The variety and quality of Breakfast is acceptable but not special. I had two concerns, First one about the facilities in the room as I wondered when I discovered that there is no microwave in the room and when I asked they said it is the policy of the hotel as they Preventing any of heating source devices like microwave and iron noting that the room has a kettle for water heating!!!. Secondly, the speed of the wifi internet is very slow, it is less than 4 mega this speed which expired many years ago and when I asked they said it is the normal speed in egypt forgetting that I am Egyptian and I know that speed in Egypt is 30 plus everywhere. In general, it was good experience and I will recommend the hotel for my friends and I think I will repeat it in future hopefully I won't have any notes next time.
