The staff were really nice, especially the housekeeping team Mahmoud Barakat & Ebtisam. The room was nice. Unfortunately, I requested a triple high floor room but got one on the third floor. Originally, it's a double room, and they added one more bed, so it was kinda tight. The breakfast buffet has a big selection. Simply, everything is there.

Location in the heart of Alexandria close to everything, staff, room, and ofcourse the restaurants(iskandrani) very fresh and well cooked, in room dining service, thx to Mrs heba from house keeping for her fast and nice response, our stay was very nice

Room service was excellent, I can point to Mahmoud Abdel-Latif and Adel Hashem Resturant was crowded but still can get your food stuffs.
